A message dated May 19, 2003, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 118(RES) am with the following amendment and it is                                             
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 118(L&C)                                                    
    "An Act relating to the transportation and sale of certain                                      
    commercially caught fish by an agent of a commercial fishing                                    
    permit holder and to the sale of fish; and providing for an effective
